Projects / Eye of Africa Green Project
Eco-Tourism & Green Living Destination
A flagship eco-tourism destination blending conservation, hospitality, and green living. The project will anchor job creation, attract sustainable capital, and elevate Ghana’s position as a regional hub for regenerative tourism.
Overview
The Eye of Africa Green Project is designed as a low-impact, high-experience destination that combines eco-lodges, botanical experiences, community markets, and learning spaces. The masterplan prioritizes biodiversity, circular water systems, and renewable energy while enabling year-round tourism and events.
- Curated eco-lodges and nature trails with conservation programming.
- Revenue mix across hospitality, experiences, memberships, and events.
- Community inclusion via vendor markets, training, and co-ownership models.
