Overview

The Eye of Africa Green Project is designed as a low-impact, high-experience destination that combines eco-lodges, botanical experiences, community markets, and learning spaces. The masterplan prioritizes biodiversity, circular water systems, and renewable energy while enabling year-round tourism and events.

  • Curated eco-lodges and nature trails with conservation programming.
  • Revenue mix across hospitality, experiences, memberships, and events.
  • Community inclusion via vendor markets, training, and co-ownership models.
