Step 3 — Diligence

Light diligence (financials, legal, compliance, references). Site or virtual visits as needed.

Step 4 — Structuring

Define partnership model (advisory, market-entry, investment, or blended) and OKRs.

Step 5 — Decision

IC review and term sheet where applicable. Unsuccessful applicants receive feedback.
